ITAR ensures that military technologies are only shared with US nationals and persons with special exemption from the Department of State. Upon verification of a company’s ITAR compliance, an ITAR Registration Code is assigned and certifies the company’s clearance to work in conjunction with the US military and its counterparts. Additionally, ITAR certification expresses the company’s obligation to handle ITAR protected products while abiding to all ITAR regulations
